I just received a new phone that I ordered online to replace my old one, and I upgraded the data plan to 15 GBs. Why don’t I see the 15Gigs when I go into Data usage on the phone, I only see 2 Gigs. I do see it when I log into my account, but not on my phone. Any thoughts?

When you change plans, data is prorated, When does your plan renew? When it does, you’ll get the full amount. See also https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/proration
