Looking to upgrade phone online with Koodo?

So I have a iPhone 8 looking to upgrade online to a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.

I have a few questions.

  1. Will it ship to me in the mail or to a local Koodo store?
  2. How do I activate the new phone when I get it?
  3. Will I keep my same number going from iphone to samsung?

No, Koodo will not ship to mall or local Koodo Store :(

There is no additional activation required. Just insert the SIM card from iPhone 8 to Samsung.

It will definitely keep the same number. Your number is tied to your SIM card.

Sorry, I misread. you asked if it will be MAILED. I read it as MALL! LOL. My bad!

It will be shipped to your address that you have on file (i.e. account) most likely by Canada Post.

Yes, iphone 8 and Galaxy (S23 and S23 Ultra) have same SIM size

Just note - you might be better off ordering from Samsung or Best Buy - especially if you are looking at the device protection options. 

Koodo is selling the phone for 2335, Samsung and Best Buy for $1649.  And if you buy from samsung their protection plan is $6/month, koodo costs you $18/month.
