I “chatted” with the virtual assistant and requested a call back. Get the call back. Press 1. Rings for five whole minutes and no one picks up. So the whole call back thing is fake right? Just another ploy to ensure my issue isn’t resolved? I truly despise Koodo and its owner Telus and will be switching providers today.
Why did you request the callback. Maybe there is something we can help with here, or at least point in you in the best direction to get your issues or questions resolved
Hey Dennis, Koodo stopped texting me when my bill is ready. I’m usually on it but without the reminder I’ve missed a couple of payments by a couple of days. As I despise Telus/Koodo, I naturally assume the lack of bill prompt texts is a conspiracy to get me to pay late fees. I want the texts reinstated and I’d like a refund on late fees. What do you think?

My first thought is to ask you to check your self serve account.
When in self serve go to Billing > Bills > Bill Notification
Do you see the text and email notification checked for your number?
I had text alerts on. I checked on email alerts. Thanks! I still assume this is a conspiracy to trick me into paying late charges. My evidence: 1) even though checked on, haven’t received a bill prompt text in 6 months; 2) rather than paying people, Telus/Koodo is tricking nice people like you to answer Qs for free vs actually having paid support staff. You’re too good for this platform Dennis! You deserve to get paid. Thanks again.

Is it possible that you might have accidentally blocked the number that Koodo uses to send bill notification? Kodoo doesn’t change your billing cycles randomly.
If you have been a Koodo customer for few months then you should know around when your bill is due. Looks like your bill is always due on the 23rd day of every month.
