What if I change the prepaid plan to the monthly plan what becomes the fee that I already paid, the balance that I already added, the booster, and the promotion data that I got?
And one more question, are the prepaid sim card and monthly pay sim card different?
So, if I change the plan from prepaid to monthly, do I need to I change my sim card?

Hi there,
so you would lose it all. Where prepaid is a subscription service, you pay for the month you will use and it is active for the month. This can’t be transferred, so I recommend you wait until you near your prepaid renewal date. Any booster or promotional data you had received is specific to prepaid, so those won’t come over either. However, when switching from Koodo prepaid to postpaid you will be granted some promotional plans and offers from making the switch.
The sim cards are also indeed different so you will need a new one if you switch to the postpaid service. 🙂👍
