data not correct

I just updated my phone and plan through self serve and now it’s saying I only have 5gb instead of the 50gb my new plan should have

Hi there,

thats because of proration. For more details on this you can check out the link but what that means is say you switch and you’re only half way through your monthly plan, you will only get access to half of your new data until your next billing cycle. On your next month you will have access to the full 50GB. Feel free to check out the link it has a lot more information on this https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/proration
