Hi - I got a text saying my phone (Samsung Note 9) will not work with US partners after July 1st. This phone is 4G / LTE  so why did I receive this text?

From the list, the Note 9 (I assumed it was a Canadian model) should be ok


Likely an error when koodo was going through their list of devices that may be impacted by the US shutdown
