The so-called “winback” is an elusive team. They call you when they would like you back to Koodo and they don’t publicly show their direct number.
If you want to join back to Koodo, I recommend you contact the normal customer service and ask them.

Thanks for your response. I got a call from +1-866-448-8030 and was not sure if this is a legitimate one or a scam. Any idea ?
+4That number belongs to Koodo, so it’s more than likely legit. Just be aware that anyone can spoof a number, so don’t give out your private information unless you are absolutely certain that you are, indeed, talking to an actual Koodo representative.
