Plan was changed after I changed my payment.


few days ago I wanted change my payment method, and I cancel the Pre-authorized Payment,  and I found the plan was changed from 29 to 35. 

 

what happened to my account?

Hi there,

when you sign up for a Koodo account your plans pricing can actually be increased at any time. If you hadn’t changed the plan previously, this is likely the cause. I would check your email for a notice of this as they would have sent you one before hand. I hope this helps 🙂👍
