bill is double what i was told it would be

I was told my bill would be 98 a month not 178. In my bill you are hiding charges from me. It is only showing a 98 and 13 dollar charge. What’s the hidden 67 dollar fee? Also the 13 dollar charge was also not told to me either. I am very disappointed in Koodo already. Also how do you cancel your plan with them and get your money back? I am very put off by the misleading bill and hidden fees.

Is this your first bill? This will give more info about proration:

Your Koodo phone bill after activating | Koodo Mobile

As for the additional charges, can you screenshot page 3 of your bill for the detailed breakdown, with personal info covered? Maybe we can see where the discrepency is.

Hi @Matthew04

The first bill is usually higher due to proration, as @Goran mentioned, feel free to check the link shared above.

This first bill also has a connection fee, that is detailed on page 6 along with the temporary number..

Starting with the second bill, the regular monthly bill should be $98 +tax (based on the current plan cost, the monthly tab and the add on)

This is just a summary of your bill.  Please login to your self serve and then download your detailed pdf ebill.  The PDF ebill has more details.  From the looks of your summary the math does not work, but the detailed pdf ebill should confirm if there is any error or issue
