Being charged for an account I never finished signing up for

I was going to sign up for Koodo but their sim came too late in the mail and I found a better deal so I never finished signing up or registering. 

I don’t have an account of any kind with Koodo apart from this one. How do I get in contact with them to dispute these charges?

You’ll have to use Koodo Asssit to schedule a callback. How long has it been? I’m guessing that having not used it at all should quality for buyers remorse and being fully credited, depending on how long it’s been.
