horroble experience so far..

I recently switched providers and came to Telus (Koodoo)  and every step of the way right until I finally received my biz after them having my address wrong the whole time has been a nightmare. Supposed to have home security installed also cuz I fell for one of the door to door packages. My internet is so darn slow and boots me off and I even have a booster. The only thing running off of it is my phone .. I want my bill to be cleared or im  telling them take their junk back and im not connecting the security system that Telus also included in this package to my house . Can't call no one and talk to no one or their in India ir they have no answer to the department  needed. orrible experience i dont recommend this crap to anyone
