Is it possible to buy a phone replacement using Plaid (pre-authorized payment from my banking account). I use Plaid for my monthly plan and thought I could just use it for the replacement phone. The checkout seems to only have credit card payment options.

I assume you are a postpaid customer? If so, they only accept a Canadian credit card through webstore.

Just ordered new phone.
The shipping charge was paid to my credit card. The phone will be billed monthly along with the monthly plan charge. It appears that this bill is then paid by what is called Plaid, the pre-authorized payment from my banking account.
I’ll provide an update as my order progresses…
… so far I’ve received confirmation and everything is good so far.
