I signed up for the Amazon music Unlimited free trial through Koodo and I cannot find how to cancel it. It says on the Amazon music website that I must cancel through Koodo.

Thanks

Hi @MCJ466

When bundling Amazon Prime on Stream+ with Koodo, the billing is basically transferred with Koodo, however, you should still be able to manage your Amazon account.

When you added Amazon Music unlimited, was it at the moment of the activation through Stream+ or after?

I added the music unlimited afterwards.

Hi there,

If it was provided through koodo then amazon music would be apart of the Amazon prime subscription. This would have been done under stand alone Amazon prime or through stream +. If it is stream+, this can be found under the subscription tab in your koodo self serve and can be removed there, but you would lose the other benefits you receive if you remove it (Disney plus, Netflix, and other Amazon prime features).

Now, koodo only provides for base Amazon music, not unlimited, and billing is only provided by koodo rather than control over your amazon account. Did you try this trial before or after getting the subscription? And have you tried contacting amazon support? As usually they can just remove the feature. I hope this helps 🙂

Edit: seems Flo got to it 😅
