Internet down for a week, Koodo keeps lying

Internet service has always been bad but now not working at all. Lights are all on but not enough strength. Koodo keeps saying they'll book a technician but it's been over a week and nothing. Can upgrading to a stronger Internet service help?

@Azah25hasan Have you tried the troubleshooting steps in the link above|?

If yes, do you see any improvement?

A week and a half ago. Talked to 3 different agents now who have said, I'm your agent now. I'll get it fixed. I'll call you back. And then nothing.

I have done all of things probably 50 times. It comes back on for 2-3 minutes and then goes off again.

So no technical support ticket was opened for any of the 3 times you spoke with an agent?

We see that you discussed with a rep in the meantime and a ticket has been opened.

One was just created an hour ago. First time anyone has followed up. Shout out to John! Now let's hope this technician can fix it.

No technician showed up! Now waiting for new hardware.
