I've talked to apple support and they pointed me towards talking to the carrier to see what's wrong … Apple ID services is using a gig of data a day I have 20 gigs of data and it typically lasts around 2 weeks (14 gigs of it are Apple ID)! They wouldn't tell me any setting or anything or do anything on their end I've deep dived the internet to see if I could shut anything else off and nothing I've tried has worked! Any ideas or clues to what it may be?

Did you mean “system services” of an Iphone? If so, you can go to settings » cellular » system services to see fhe detail (imessage, documents, maps...). From there you migjt have a better idea of what happened. Also, while you are at “cellular”, scroll down and select "settings”.

In system services I'm really only worried about the Apple ID services one as its 1.8 gigs in less than 2 days

I trust you are actually resetting your data usage on your monthly renewal date as it is not automatic?

From what I searched online, this seems to be a known issue with Apple iOS. There were many reports on Apple community. Some asked other to contact Apple to see what happened.

I am using an iPhone myself. I haven't reset my data usage for months and apple id service only consumed 142mb. It is no where near your phone.

As of now, I would recommend you reset network settings first. The go to apple icloud in your phone, Sign out, restart the phone and sign back in again.
