I am a monthly customer with an old 3g Samsung Galaxy J3. I received a call telling me I need to upgrade, now have a Iphone 14 Pro but online it looks like the sim card is not transferable. I want to keep the same number, how do I know if sim card will fit and is it cheaper to order online? Tried a call but did not understand answer, I may go back to Bell.

If  it’s the 2016 J3, US models use a nano sim. Is your sim card one with a couple cutouts? I assume that you tried to put it in the sim card tray and it doesn’t fit? If it’s regular or micro sized, it should have cutouts allowing you to pop out a smaller sim, card. If it doesn’t, then you can either get it cut to size at a cellphone store, or  you may as well just go to a Koodo store to get a new sim card.
