I just relocated to Canada, was given Koodo Sim by ALberta Health Service , purchased Esim from city center mall, bought no network
The guys in the store tried several ways to help but couldn’t
I called the helpline given me however unable to speak to a live agent
Kindly get back it’s urgent

I just checked and it’s compatible with Koodo
i am using iPhone 14 I bought from the U.S.
it doesn’t have any sim insert just ESIM
i have been using it for over a year, in 2 different countries
I don’t know why it’s not working in Canada
I miss home and I am unable to talk to family when I step outside of my hotel
i I wish Koodo will come to my aid soon

When you said the guy in the store trying to help and couldn’t, what was the reason they mentioned? As of now, what was the status on the top right of your screen?
When they gave out the SIM card to you, did they say any about the limitation regarding how many minutes and how much data you can use?
