How to unlock an old Koodo phone if no longer a customer.

You could contact Koodo directly through their Facebook or X messaging. Links are below at the bottom of this forum webpage. Just make sure you have the IMEI of the phone ready.
Alternatively, you can contact Samsung directly, they should be able to help. Their response could be also quicker than Koodo.
