self serve password update error


I've been asked to updated the password for self serve but when I tried it comes up with en error 

"The password you entered does not meet the guidelines. Please input a new one.” 
 

I have tried different passwords but it always comes up with this messages. 
Any suggestion what to do?

I’m having the exact same issue! I’ve been going through this for 3 days now, and I’ve tried over 50 different passwords that meet up to their guidelines but it still says it not up to their guidelines, I can’t even schedule a callback because the Koodo assist bot asks for me to log into my account, but i literally can’t. I need to top up my account and from what I’ve seen this has been a problem for 3 weeks, if someone from the Koodo team can help out, or if you find a way to fix this issue please let me know.
