I got a new dual SIM phone and put my SIM card but unable to make/received a call as it says Emergency Calla or NO SIM card. Need help please!1

If you put the sim in a different phone, is it connecting to the network?
Is your new dual sim phone supported on the Koodo network?

Does it show that it is connected to any network? Do you have automatic network selection mode on? What’s the phone model?
