Accidentally activated my Stream+ on the wrong Amazon Prime account

I was trying to set up my Stream+ but my auto complete accidentally triggered and it activated Amazon Prime on an unintended email address.

Now when I try to activate it says I used the activation link already.

How can I turn it off from the mistaken account and move it to the correct email account?

Hi there,

so Koodo don’t have much control when it comes to linked email addresses however the subscription does. I suggest you have a chat with Amazon customer support as they should be able to change the linked email address with little difficulty. The alternative solution from the Koodo side would be to cancel your stream+, wait until your next bill cycle, and then add it again. Koodo only provide the links, it is the subscription that controls the rest of the services. I hope this helps πŸ™‚

Hey Oliver, thanks for the suggestion. Amazon told me that since it's being billed through Koodo, I have to organize it with Koodo - they don't have the ability to move Prime between email accounts. So I wonder if Koodo has a function to Link if it could also have a function to "unlink"?

So you can try scheduling a call back and seeing if a rep over the phone can do that for you, but as far as I am aware they don't have that ability.

But hey, best case scenario they can change it for you, worse case they say the same as me and you have to go through the process of removing stream+, waiting for your next bill cycle, and adding it again.
