i have a temporary co axial cable running from street terminal, along my lawn to my eavestroughs and hanging along the side of my house. permanent line will not be hung, unless I pay for it. What kind of business model is this ?

FYI - I have a case number 022-93568. I was told that there was refusal from tech support to resolve this. That is why I have resorted to community help
