I migrated a Pixel 4a and a Pixel 7 to Koodo on May 8th. I added Premium Voicemnail as a feature following https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/visual-voicemail and successfully tested it - I get voicemails delivered as audio files via MMS. However, I cannot access the list of voicemails that should be available via the Android Phone app under Voicemail
On both devices, I get “Can’t activate visual voicemail”. If I click on “Retry”, I get "Activating visual voicemail" with something about Syncing and then get “Can’t activate ...” again. Under Phone / Settings / Voicemail, “Change PIN” is greyed out because “Visual voicemail is not activated yet, please try again later.” I have tried clearing the Phone cache without success.
Are there special requirements for this Android Phone feature? I can clear the messages by calling the Voicemail number but it would be great to manage voicemails via the Android Phone app.
