Koodo's Network Coverage 4G vs. LTE

Do 4G and 4G LTE plans have different coverage? Or is the coverage the same, with the only difference being uncapped speeds on the LTE plan? The map seems slightly confusing with two different 4G coverage options. Can anyone clarify this for me? Thanks.

Only difference is the uncapped speed. 

4G plans can even connect to 5G but speeds are capped.
