I can’t receive phone calls right now, since i lost my phone.
But, I can make them from the internet.
I want to get a new SIM card and keep my same plan.
I want to purchase a used phone from my local community.
Any advice on how to get a new sim card would be apprecaited.

+4Prepaid SIMs are usually available on ebay.ca (not eBay.com), delivered in the mail.

No worries about keeping your same plan. All you need to do is initiate a sim swap and you should also report it lost/stolen. Here is more info for the steps and what order to them:
