payment error


I added funds to my data booster and it went towards my talk booster????  Can I get it cancelled?  Actually it’s my fault, went too fast.  I now have 600 minutes of talk time and will probably never use of all of it in my lifetime.  Any way to cancel it and transfer it to data booster please?

If you haven’t used any of those minutes yet, you can contact Koodo and ask them to transfer your talk booster to a data booster. You can schedule a call back at koodomobile.com/prepaidchat.
