You can switch to Koodo, but you will be on the hook for paying off the rest of your remaining balance on your phone, as well as the cancellation fee. I would suggest you to check your Membership Agreement for further details. https://www.virginplus.ca/en/support/faq.html?q=looking-to-exit-early
