Can I purchaase device care on a phone purchased elsewhere?

The devices have to be from Koodo or TELUS in order to be eligible for a Device care complete program.

You can also add Device Care Complete when purchasing a phone online through the Koodo website. If you purchased your phone more than 60 days ago, you’re not eligible for Device Care Complete.
