I can't log into prepaid self-serve


In trying to access the Koodo website I keep getting “prove you are a human” boxes multiple times, and when I try to log into the prepaid self-serve I enter the email and password and hit return or click the button and… nothing happens.

No error messages, no change of the page, just... nothing.

If there was an error I could at least work with that, I just get nothing.

Are you using a VPN while trying? Did you try clearing browser cahce or incognito/private tab of your browser?

No I wasn’t using a VPN no I didn't clear the cache or try incognito, which you are correct, I should have done first.

I don’t see what VPNs have anything to do with it since they're ubiquitous now. Even my iPhone has one built in by Apple now… if they break websites then we’re all in trouble.

I tried this morning and it worked. Same browser, same connection, same everything, nothing changed.

Did you get a chance to try after clearing the cache and cookies or use the incognito/private mode of your browser ? Trying a different browser or device can also be an option to test.

@Darius Koodo I tried this morning and it worked. Same browser, same connection, I made no changes at all, nothing changed. The website behaved entirely differently. Anyway my issue got sorted out but I have no idea why it didn't work originally.
