Recently switched to Koodo prepaid for talk & text. Plan says it includes unlimited international text & picture messaging. Problem I’m having is that unable to receive pictures and send pictures. Is there a setting I’m missing? HELP going insane trying to figure this out. (Had same service with another carrier, and was able to receive and send pictures, no data plan).

+4Data needs to be switched on to send or receive MMS messages. You don't need a data booster as data usage is blocked for anything but MMS.
