Is there a reason that this Android Phone that Koodo sells can’t be activated? It’s been waiting to be activated on my phone for some time.

I don’t see it on the list, however this phone was purchased straight FROM Koodo themselves, it’s Android.

If it Can’t be added, is there a reason there’s no warning so people aren’t wasting their money?

When might be be added?

Also when did you purchase your device?

Even the Samsung S22 ultra doesn't have VVM

Unfortunately, no TCL model is compatible with the visual voicemail at the moment. This would depend on the manufacturer if it will be included with future software updates.

If you purchased online you have 30 days to reutn the phone. I would check that as quick as possible if you want to return the device
