Trying to renew travel pass but there is no option to

Added a travel pass for 7 days, trying to renew it the last 2 days but it says it is on account already. Not able renew online.  Anyone able to assist.  I see charges for daily rates occuring already

Ok, we’ve removed and re-added the pass to your line, the new pass will expire on June 20.

Hi ​@SuperAman, is this for line ending in *77? If so, you’d need to remove your old travel pass via your online account first, before you can add another one. Here is a guide to changing your add-ons.

it says need to connect to a rep. which sucks cause its a chatbot and did connection and still waiting

I am having a similar issue and just posted to the community, can a Koodo rep assist me also? Cannot delete and re-add a new 30 day Europe pass
