Adding a second 30 day Europe Pass

In Europe for two months, yesterday was my 30 day expiry and I want to add a second 30 day pass, how do I do this? Sell serve shows I have a current 30 day pass but 30 days was up yesterday? I have no option to re-add another pass in self serve?

In that case I will flag a rep for you to assist. Please make sure you’re logged into the community using your Koodo Self-Serve credentials and they should be able to help out. They will respond here as I have but note that response times can vary.

According to the rep on this thread, you can "remove the add-on from your online account and re-add it again via SMS." So, if yesterday was your last day, you can remove the existing add-on (if it was there) and then re-add it.

Thanks, can you advise how I can remove from self serve? I don’t see an option to do this under manager my add ons? I saw another post with this problem and the Koodo rep had to delete and re add another pass? Can someone assist me with this? I don’t have the option to remove it says the 30 day travel pass is still active but the 30 days was up yesterday

@SusanW to remove the add on in self-serve there should be an X next to it for you to select which will remove the add-on. You then need to confirm it afterward. The steps to do this can be found in this article.

It should look like the image below, the example is my add-ons. When you do this, does the pass show and does it let you remove it? If it does not let you, let me know.

Hi! When I check the X I get a pop up that says to remove the travel pass I have to connect to a Koodo rep.

Just to double check, is it for the line ending in *88 that you want to remove the Travel Pass? Will you please share a screenshot with the message you get when you try removing it in self serve? (please hide any personal information as this is a public forum). Thank you!

Hello, yes it is for phone with 88 as last two digits. I currently have the 30 Europe travel pass that I believe expired yesterday or today, I would like to add a new 30 day travel pass to this phone but when I try and delete the 30 day pass I get this pop up

Yes it looks like it allowed me to add another 30 day travel pass for Europe , can you confirm on your end? I am in Europe now and using roaming so wi I get new messages from Koodo or will the new 30 days start today?

We have looked into it and we can see that it was added and it is already active.

We recommend restarting your phone before starting to use the services. You should also get an email with the details shortly.
