Stream Plus and Netflix Issue

Hello,

I signed up for Stream Plus and I already had an existing Netflix Account.  I followed the link to activate it and I got in (although I found it odd that all of my watch history was gone, not as it was promised to be the same).  Long story short - I am still being billed for Netflix even though I am paying for the Stream Plus though Koodo.  I called Netflix and they refunded me but they told me to contact Koodo to make sure it’s linked and doesn’t happen again.  Calling Koodo is not a fun task so I thought I would ask here first.

When you login to the account that has all your watch history in it, click on your profile pic in the corner and click account do you see this in the “Membership & Billing” section at the top?

If not, then it’s not linked correctly.
