NEW PHONE


I am trying to get a new phone I went through through the process and filled out all paperwprk 3 TIMES...and each time it says error. I’m trying 1 more time and then I’ll go soehwere else if it doesnt work.Too frustrating and taking wayyyyyyyyy too much time

So there is quite a few threads on this already but it seems there is currently an issue when upgrading or ordering a new phone from the webstore.

Koodo are aware of the issue and are working on a solution. If they require more information about your transaction, they will ask via a private message for more details.
