Hello, I was in the USA and purchased a 7 day offer for $40 on March 9 ( prior to leaving Canada) to cover my first week of holidays. For my second week, I purchased a second 7 day offer for $40 again on March 14. My current bill is showing $14.00 charges per day from March 14 - 21. Please let me know how to move forward.

Were you in the US on March 9th?
If so, the travel pass should have covered you up to and including March 15th
