How Do I Downgrade?

Hello, I used to be able to change my plan whenever I needed. After changing to this plan, I can’t downgrade to anything lower:

 

”$50 12GB UL min Plan SFD
Price per month: $50.00 (CAD)
Service effective on: September 15th 2021”

 

Any options or do I have to wait until September 15th 2022? $50/month just feels like a lot to spend when there are so many other services that want my money too.

Currently do you have a Tab with Koodo?

When you tried to change your plan in selfserve following this https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/changing-your-rate-plan which plans could you see?

I checked my tab, hadn’t thought of that. It is paid off at $0.

I have more plans than this morning, four plans at $50, $55, $52, and $58.

So I can increase but not decrease which is odd to me.

I think Koodo revamped their plans recently. You can see it in the main page. “norma “ plan  started at $50. Hopefully, there will be more plan at lower plan in the near future.

There are several “starter plans” at lower price point but you would have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to switch it for you. I recommend you do it if you don't want the current plan and don't have a Tab in your account.
