easy roam


I purchased easy roam but my flight was cancelled and I will no longer need it. Will I still be charged if I don’t use it or is there a way to cancel it somehow?

When you said you  purchased, did you mean the easyroam travel pass? and not the normal easyroam daily?

I don’t see any option to cancel it though. It is like a prepaid package. You can try to schedule a call back and ask a rep to see if they can do anything.

You do not get charged for the easy roam pass, assuming that’s what you mean, if you don’t use it. The charge only triggers if you are roaming. It stays effective for 30 days, after which it goes off your account.

If you want to get it removed before it goes away by itself, I assume this would require the assistance of a rep. We can flag a rep to assist if you’d like to do that.

If you mean add easy roam in general, there’s nothing to cancel. You can remove easy roam and the roaming provisioning “international voice roaming” and “internaitonal data roaming” add-ons in your self-serve if you like.
