I have 2 lines under my KOODO account. My line was the first main line (opened at a customer retention offer) and then I added my mom for a second line. If I was to close my main line, does my moms line stay active at the low discounted rate?

Ok so if that is the case and there is no credits to reduce the cost of the second plan because it is a second line, then nothing will change for her once you leave. plans are not affected if the amount of subscribers changes, only credits might depending on what you have.
Once you do leave, the account will still be in your name so it will require you to upgrade her phone / make plan changes etc.
If you want her to have complete control over the account, then you will have to also do something known as a transfer of ownership. I’ll leave a link with some details in case this is something you might like to do. 🙂
