call usage not showing

I recently switched my plan to the $49 plan with 90 GB of data and unlimited Canada-wide minutes. However, on one of my accounts , the call usage aren’t appearing at all, even though I have made calls this month. The minutes section is showing 0/0, which is weird.my other number with the same plan shows unlimited UNLIMITED on the call usage.

Have you received an email confirmation of the plan changes that you have $49 90gb with unlimited minutes for both numbers? Also there is a service aggrement in your selfserve that you can check. Those are the envidence in case anything wrong later.

Regarding the usage report, it might be a glitch due to the plan change in middle of a billing cycle. Next billing cycle you should see everything normally

Yes, I received the email confirmation and checked the account plan and both are showing the plan correctly, it’s just the usage report being weird. I will wait till next month and see if it’s still doing that.

it is likely a glitch with usage. It should be automatically reset at the beginning of next billing cycle. I would recommend you check again at that time. If it doesn’t reset, you could also always come back here.  A rep can look into it for you.
