Unable to activate Disney+ account with Stream+


Same issue as previous users in topic with the same name, cannot connect to Disney account s part of the Stream bundle. Have been in contact with Disney+ and they cannot offer a solution. Was able to log into all other streaming services, cannot access Disney.  Keeps telling me to sign up for an account. I used the same email with Koodo that I used with Disney in the past.

Just to confirm, did you have an existing Display + account previously? as well, have you tried to log out (or use incognito mode of the web browser) to activate the service?


I did have a previous Disney+ account. Have tried to log in and out as well as use incognito mode. Same result, site asks to sign up for new subscription.
