Hi, My issue is almost similar to whats mentioned in  a thread 1 year back (mentioned in green below)

Trying to port from Freedom to Koodo.

Koodo says there is duplicate requests.

Freedom says Koodo has to initiate new request (which is what Koodo tried and told me that there are duplicate requests).

Stuck with this issue, No callback is getting scheduled via digital assist.

Any suggestions pls?

Freedom sent a text message in regards to a request from Virgin, three days back. And Freedom confirmed that request got expired and also no activation done with Virgin.

Now Koodo told me that when Koodo initiates a request, there is an issue from Freedom and i got text saying technical difficulties from Koodo.

And then i contacted Freedom and they said no issues from there end, as Previous request (one from Virgin) is already expired and Koodo need to start request.

Now i could not contact Koodo by any means, including callback. Is there any way i can actually talk to someone?
