Parent has no access to account, self serve.

My mother has been trying to access her Koodo account, but no longer has access to the email that was used to register her account. She cannot access self serve. Is there any way to access her account in this scenario?

Is it a prepaid or postpaid service? Is her Koodo service was still active? How did she pay the bill so far? Was it via dialing 611? 

Email address change would require the assistance of a rep. They might need to verify her identity so she would have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to change it.

Does she have any copies of her bill? What about the Customer Service Agreement? If she has either one, she should be able to find out her account number. Once that is sorted out, she can contact a Koodo rep to see if they can change the email account to her name. There may be some security questions she may need to answer. Either schedule a callback through Koodo Assist or send a message on Facebook Messenger or Twitter.
