My Koodo home Internet keep disconnecting and reconnecting today

I wonder if this happens to others: my Koodo home Internet keep disconnecting and reconnecting today. 

I turn off  and turn on the modem/router power several times already to try to fix it, but it does not help.

Just to confirm, have you attempted the troubleshoot the issue by resetting the equipment or by using the Koodo internet app? Troubleshooting with the Koodo Internet app | Koodo Mobile

My internet is doing the same thing. I have rebooted it and all the lights are on

Yes. According to your link to the community, this happens to a lot of users. 

I don’t think this is the issue which the users can solve. This might happen at the service provider end.

I wonder if it happens to just Koodo Internet or all to use Rogers cable.

I agree, I suspect there is currently an issue of some kind on the provider end.

Similar to the other Mobile Master on the other post, I will flag a rep to this one to investigate. They will respond here as I have, note response times can vary but they should be able to provide an update on the issue.

Looks like the issue has been fixed.

Hello ​@Paola.m , ​@two_user Some intermittent issues with internet were experienced in Ontario this morning. It has since been resolved, and your Koodo Internet service should now be back up and running. Be sure to restart your modem and re-test!
