Why do I get busy signals when I call using my Koodo home line even though it should not be busy? It is also the same thing when someone tries to call me...it’s a busy signal for the caller even though it shouldn’t…?

Have you tried resetting your wireless home phone?
Switch off the wireless hub and unplug the hub from power (disconnect the adapter plug from the back of the hub) then remove the battery and SIM card, setting them aside for two to three minutes. Install the SIM card and battery, connect the adapter plug to the hub and switch the hub back on. Wait a few minutes until the hub establishes connection with the network, then make a few test calls to see if the issue is resolved.
