I have an Iphone 12. When I get calls from my contacts the phone rings. If it’s an 800 or 866 number, there is no ring and it goes straight to voicemail. I don’t have do not disturb on and silence unknown calls is off. Anyone else had this problem. Is Koodo down?

You mentioned do not disturb but is focus mode turned on?
As well do you happen to have those numbers blocked?
