false roaming charges

Please remove the roaming charges from my account. I never left Canada and work on a border town. Thank you

Is this charge already on your bill?

If you are working near the border, it recommended turning off data roaming and switching your phone to manual network selection, then choosing Koodo. That way, your phone won’t accidentally connect to a U.S. tower.

Log into your self serve > billing > support > " ask us to review a charge".  They will response to you.
