Hello can you please have the improper charges removed from my bill. I never left the country and work in Niagara Falls. Please remove the roaming and minutes charges from my bill :)

We have reviewed the charges and we have been able to remove the roaming charge from your bill since it was accidental roaming.

The other charges are not roaming charges, they are for long distance calls place from Canada to non-Canadian numbers, we recommend checking the detailed bill in self serve.
If you plan on making long distance calls to international/ US numbers regularly, wer recommend checking the available long distance add ons in self serve: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/add-ons
