Looking at an email that apparently came from Koodo,
stating that I can switch carriers from Koodo to Telus
they have an amazing offer of 100 gb, 5g + plan
including usa Roaming… for $70.00 per month.

is this a scam….. have not called the number because i cannot talk to anyone to confirm, I talked to Telus they know nothing about this
Could you share a screenshot of the email and as well, what email address it came from?
If you called Telus and they weren’t aware of it though, chances aren’t good that it’s real.
I will flag a rep to look into it..
From the description of it, the offer might be a legit one.
