Question

Why was i charged an overcharge this month?

I was overcharged for minutes in Canada when I have unlimited cdn minutes on my plan? Why do i have to play almost $150 CAD this month!? That’s insane.

Did this help you find an answer to your question?

Can you login to your self serve and download your detailed pdf ebill.

Do you see check which calls resulted in charges?

Do these calls’ area code match the location?

Did you use any call forwarding?

WHat is the exact plan you have?

Okay, i was charged for a call i made in Oklahoma. But i remember my plan comes with 1000 free minutes for making international calls which includes the US as well. So why was I still charged for that?

The 1000minutes are for long distance calls while in Canada.

If you are in the US, then you are roaming.  Roaming and long distance are different things.

Were you charged $14 for easy roam or were you charged by the minute for roaming?

No I made the call to Oaklahoma while I was in Canada. I was not charged for roaming.

Is this the $5 1000min add-on?

What exactly is your add-on called?  And how much is it?
